Most of us don't really understand what self-love means, so this session is going to break it down for you in a way that is digestible but deep.Â

Hi I'm Lillian,
I'm a facilitator of transformation, yoga therapist, and growth coach. I work with high achievers and busy professionals who've checked off all the boxes but still don't feel excited, satisfied, or fulfilled. I help them heal, grow and find the thing they didn't know was missing. Â
Each year for past decade, my beautiful community of high-achieving unicorns and I take off to paradise for an emotional deep dive where we laugh, cry, and play on the beach. In early 2021, in response to travel limitations, I began offering a quarterly virtual retreat to capture that same M.A.G.I.C. and allow ourselves to move through the year with intention.
